Yeah Michael Lewis is a very good story teller but not a great prose writer. He's kind of reverse Steinbeck.

"No," he said, "I think we can agree about this: Your loving book destroyed my career and it made yours." With that, the former king of a former Wall Street lifted the plate that held his appetizer and asked, sweetly, "Would you like a deviled egg?"
