The cadence is fine, and it ends on the 7th beat, so you get a quick break before starting over again. Second one just feels weird to me, I don't like that you have to start the chant over immediately with no stop. also since the USA is pretty much fascist or fascist-sympathizing at this point I don't see a point in divorcing the fascists in the state from the fascist state itself.

The PSL is generally incredibly bad at messaging (even the Cliffites at the WWP are usually better) but yeah that was my takeaway. Basically how much something is being leveraged as right wing propaganda can tell a lot about priorities Also Indivisible in NC shut down a BLM-organized rally as divisive and one of the pics of it going down is like the most "white lady with the talking stick" thing possible.
