He probably isn't even all that mad, because if he was mad the building probably wouldn't be standing at all. I get the impression that NK has power beyond mortal reckoning and to unleash it all would be an apocalyptic battle for the ages, but he's lately restrained himself for any number of reasons. But he definitely does not suffer fools gladly and has zero fucks to give about zapping someone. He probably thinks it's like casting a level 1 lightning spell, Gary can walk it off.
