The monk dude is cool, with how he has stances and punches and stuff. King's guns are instant compared to Trey, but if you can get the hang of Trey's bow Trey is better, I believe Rem has a revive spell that lets you spam Summons when otherwise you just lose a character and that's that. Ace has already been mentioned, I never got the hang of Queen and didn't really like her character so gently caress her, and who the gently caress cares about the rest of them, especially that douchebag with the twin gunlances. I hated him the most out of all of them.

Sweet. I find FF at its best when it's goofy as gently caress so I'm excited to give 15 a try. I also assume it means 12HD isn't far behind, probably second half of 2018.

As I recall, FFXV doesn't actually have a lot of FMV-type videos, most of the game is rendered in-engine, verified by me having Noctis run around in the mariachi outfit for almost the entire game and being pleasantly surprised that it showed up in everything. I have to guess that in addition to having 4k, maybe even 8k? textures that they're uncompressed on top of that. That'd put even the smallest texture at somewhere like 30MB, at least? And then things just balloon from there.
