I want to start a fundraiser to truck in a bunch of hawaiian shirts to coastal texas. Brighten the place up a bit. If it's gonna suffer from a tropical depression for the next week, we can at least clothe the people in Charlie Sheen's chosen second skin.

Unclear if he's bad at aiming or intentionally shot the round into the ground. He's being charged with discharging a firearm within 1000 feet of a school.
