Holy poo poo dude. That's so hosed up I had to read it three times before getting that it was some white-rear end motherfucker picking on you instead of a black person being upset about white people. So like btw I read the article you posted, Koalas, and it basically underlines what has been frustrating me so much about being a teacher lately. And I can only imagine is the daily frustration that POC feel. That the people who were always going to be okay will be taken care of, and will be okay; that the people who have never been okay, but might have been okay if we had just taken one moment to reach out to them and help them, those people are loving hosed. And how loving unfair is that, that for basically every human problem we will pay enough attention to it to help and assist the people who probably would have been okay even if they hadn't gotten that help and assistance, because they already lived privileged lives, and that our attention will inevitably wander away before reaching out a hand to those who gently caress, just seriously need that. Like jesus christ I wonder every day how many more of my students would grow up "okay" if just one more adult would assume that they are good people. Instead of adults who should know better pretending they are completely unbiased and that therefore their gut feeling that so-and-so kid is purposely being a shithead to ruin an adult's life (and not just being a fuckin kid) is totally above board. Sorry. I don't mean to leak teacher bitching into Negrotown. I feel like it's related, but still maybe not okay.

The 'Why didn't they evacuate' is probably one of the worst examples of 'Smugthought' regarding these things, just slightly under the 'maybe they shouldn't have lived where there are hurricanes' bit of genius insight. Ordering employees to disobey evac warnings and report to work should be punished like price-gouging is, $25,000 per infraction. If you correctly guess who it was that you made angry enough to drop $10 to try and hang an albatross on your neck, then that person eats a ban. I'm glad we can all just come together and agree that this av is clearly a false flag because SomethingAwful doesn't have any racial issues and any perception that posters who aren't white men are moderated or treated differently is entirely inside the minds of those posters.  You don't hear this enough TB, but you're awesome. Even when I disagree with your posts or points, I'm enlightened and expanded by your perspective. Last friday I went out with a coworker and met his sister who told me it was ok to say the n word because her best friend is black and said she couls, but not the best friend that she had introduced me to earlier. The other friend who wasn't there at the time. She then said it was all good since her dad was a white n-word so she undstands it. Then she told me the confederate flag was about being a rebel. We had a very long discussion about why this is all hosed up and wrong. Plus naruto
