Bowser obviously loves Junior, but he has blind spots. In Paper Jam he and Paper Bowser are pretty neglectful, and don't really pay attention to him due to getting caught up in their scheme, and only react to their sons when they get hurt. Bowser means well as far as Junior goes, but he doesn't pay attention to him sometimes, and that's why Junior and his paper counterpart are portrayed as lonely in the game. In short, he probably doesn't KNOW the Koopalings are jerks to his boy.

I wish they didn't change the koopalings to not be Bowser's kids since the thought of Bowser being a single dad to 7+ kids was really funny to me.

I think the idea Bowser's primary minions are preteens is a lot funnier, and for some reason it loses that when they're all related to him.

finally checked out the nindies showcase there's the obvious stuff i'm interested in-- shovel knight, golf story i'm also very very interested in yono, floor kids, and dragon marked for death. basically i'm like 90% sold on those but would like to learn a bit more before i buy them day 1. light fingers looks tight as hell?? like i only watched the trailer once but it seemed kinda yawhg-ish to me and i loved that game so i'm very interested to see more. meat boy forever looked like a turd everything else i range from "eh" to "neat but not that interested" to "a multiplayer-only indie game on the switch will never work"

Finished the first world in rabbids. I guess I should go clean up whatever is missing there before moving on to the next. And to get that last perfect that seems to be almost impossible to get on the first try.

My only real concern with Yono is the size of the character on screen makes the maps seem small, and maybe the individal rooms and puzzles will feel small due to this.

Is there a specific Mario XCom thread? Also, trying to get caught up after you guys all watched something live together and commented in a flood is a pain in the rear end. I can't do it for TV shows or streams without being overwhelmed. Snagged the only Mario X com at Family Video and have it to myself until Monday. The cute girl working there was like "so...you're into rabbids?" and I actually felt like I had to justify myself. This is going to be a tricky title to recommend to people or bring up anywhere but here without judginess.

I can see how I painted a virgin-sperglord picture here, but it didn't go down like that. We talked about the game and reviews coming out and laughed for a bit. I know her pretty well. She's a gamer and was just giving me a hard time. I see Beholder is at 1.99 for iOS and it seems like it would be cool to play on the Switch. I pretty much just want to get all my indie titles there now. I left out the part where I gave her the d in the back porn room. I know this game looks and sounds childish, but I always really enjoyed playing with it on iOS and think it would work well on the Switch if they cleaned up the UI to be mostly not visible since we would have physical controls. It would make great use of the touch screen and usual controls as well. Wish they'd make Splatoon 2 free to play for this splatfest. I wanna buy it but paying €60 for it before even trying it seems too risky. Don't wanna end up disliking the game or its controls. I should take the plunge, I managed to find a €30 copy of ARMS anyway.
