So, after all those injuries, I took a look at kilza's medical staff. By default, the game had a 2 physiologists rated 99, and one rated 63. Casually, you think this would even out, and give his med staff a rating of 87. However, in actuality, a group is only as strong as it's weakest part, meaning the med staff only had a rating of 63. I've since replaced said person with another physio rated 99. In the interest of fairness, I will also be bumping everyone's med staff to 99 overall, so hopefully that does cut down on major injuries.
