I think they've been good lately but I wouldn't complain if they went back to one-hour episodes once a week. I think in general I'm starting to lose interest in any podcasts episodes that run much longer than an hour. Give me the best moments from 2.5-3 hours of the two UYD episodes each week and condense them into 1 awesome hour of UYD.

E: Also my wife has Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on and I can see why Seth likes it.

If where seth and jonathan are at in their lives is what's informing the current podcast that's fine, I'm not going to request them to play the jester for me but it's a bummer.

Like people have said doing an hour content weekly for a decade is ridiculous when you think about it. Think about how peoples lives change over that period and the constant pressure to come up with new stuff.

I've seen countless podcasts burn out over a 1-2 year period. If any thing the worst period of UYD was when I was first listening (maybe around 2010/11 at a random guess). I was listening to the current episodes and working from the beginning as well. Back then they seemed way more disillusioned because they didn't think the show was going any where.

e- Also where there two live dates over two weeks so there is no normal episode this week? I'm getting my dates muddled.

UYD patreon having a $5 minimum instead of $1 would probably make a big difference . Cumtown has like a subscriber only ep almost every week tho

edit: also if anyone is checking it out for the first time you can probably start wherever but you should probably do an ep with the main 3 boys on it & not one with a guest. maybe uhhh episode 54?

Is cumtown actually good? I gave it a shot a bit ago and it was awful. One guy sounded like an edge lord while another kept yucking it up in such an annoying laugh. I turned it off after like 20 minutes and unsubscribed immediately.

I'm not trying to put them on blast. I figured they're just not for me. But are they personalities you just have to get used to? A lot of people seem to like them.

Whoever mentioned it, Street Fight is legit though. Correct me if I'm wrong, I just started listening to them a few weeks ago, but I think they do two shows a week. One of them is a call in show (which you can skip because any and all call in shows are painful) and the other one is just a normal podcast format.

yeah they were sponsored by HBO for a few months, and some sex toy website. i thought it was odd too, but i never looked more into it.

It's really impressive and I can't think of too many times where he's inadvertently told the same story twice on the show. Meanwhile like 90% of the time I tell my wife a story from my past it turns out I've already told her like twice before.
