Can't find any record of someone doing it at Lakes of Fire, but it did happen at Element 11 in 2014. I suppose this is  for some: not a video, just an eyewitness account of the 2014 incident.

IIRC correctly the fact that you have to manually actuate the crank means it isn't a 'machine gun'. (Real gatling guns aren't anyway, I presume the same applies to this ersatz version)
