I did say specifically "violent sex offenders" and people who committed sexual offences against children -- so I do mean just the real bad guys who may actually pose a threat -- but they still probably don't deserve to die in a natural disaster.

It's probably racism that's motivating that sheriff. Polk county sucks. I'd bet shittier things are being done further north. Area around Ocala / The Villages is worse. Also not being talked about is how late stores are planning to be open. Dad is sceduled until late Saturday. A lot of my family is facing a evacuate or job situation.

They could but then they're on record refusing to remove a criminal from a political office, or y'know defending a criminal that good winning political move. Both a good way to piss people off and y'know might undermine any arguments about removing certain other people were they convicted of crimes.

Maybe we can hire a bunch of people, and have them investigate the allegations, and apprehend the suspect, and call in some sort of magistrate, and determine if these charges are true or not, and then arrest him if they are true and send him to jail for a long rear end time.
