I heard the other day that the engine it runs on wasn't built for more than 64 players so once enough people die in a match the game starts to run better.

Keep safe Macaluso and all of you who are being affected by horrible weather and natural disasters, I don't want any harm to come of any of you. Color Splash imo looks like an upgrade of Sticker Star by nature of having better writing and more interesting stuff happening but still looks like it suffers from the same issues as Sticker Star combat-wise and aesthetic-wise where it's just a big ol' world populated with toads and the combat is meh and you don't get the interesting cast variety you got from the first two games.

I can't see PUBG working too well on consoles. For one, it's a lot jankier than I imagine the average console gamer would put up with, particularly someone who only buys big, AAA games. Then there's the fact that it's shooting is semi-tacticlol, coming from its lineage as an ARMA mod, so bullet drop, recoil, and dialing in your range are all big things that would mostly just go away with autoaim.

Sticker Star is absolute trash but Color Splash was one of my favorite games from last year. I don't know what the fascination is with Paper Mario 1 and 2 (I didn't really like either whatsoever, but whatevs) but I can say that even when every character is a toad they're all unique enough that it doesn't matter. If people are still judging this game based on Sticker Star (and haven't just quit reading this post entirely for the sacrilege of not liking PM1 or TTYD) please at least give it a try. You know, with the caveat being you need a Wii U and probably still $60 because I doubt that it went down in price any.

SS is the best, BiS is second, DTB is third, dunno about Paper Jam exactly but it'd have to try to be worse than PiT at least. If you're gonna ever play that one, make sure it's the European (or Japanese I guess) version since that one's just boring rather than the US one which is boring AND tedious because it just like massively boosted everything's HP to make it "difficult"

I didn't know poo poo except kick ball into goal before playing FM and now at least I have a general understanding of formations and tactics and what skills are important for different positions.
