Wait, third game? I thought there were only 3 games and you said you hoped the new game would be good but that you like the third game, so obviously I'm wrong here. How many T&E games are there? I only know about the upcoming one, the sidescroller one Panic on Funkotron (the only one I played), and then the one before that that was some kinda roguelite-type game maybe?

It's barely a platformer though, other than some of the special stages maybe. It plays a whole lot like the first game, but it's 3D and you have at least one form of direct combat at all times. collect-a-thon is true, though.

Is this the right thread to talk about MDickie in, or does he probably merit his own? I've been digging back into Wrestling MPire Remix after years of not touching it, and... well, I really don't know how to feel about it. It's straight up incompetently made. I have to do some major fuckery to even get it to run in Windows 10 without weird cursor lag on the menus, the graphics are charitably N64 level, the game mechanics are nonsensical, the AI alternates between SNK boss levels of bullshit and just standing there like an idiot or doing bizarre poo poo like abandoning the arena entirely in mid-match. It is absolutely one of the jankiest games I have ever played. And yet, in spite of myself, I'm having stupid amounts of fun with it. The game is almost never irritatingly janky (the closest it comes is when the AI goes into bullshit mode or the ref starts acting up), it's just hilariously janky. The career mode is also a better career mode than WWE 2K has ever given us, given that you can do roids and die or kill people in the ring, and also aren't locked to one boring company forever.
