I like Tabasco. The green chili one in particular had a nice flavor when paired with salt. Since it was so mild, I used to just sprinkle salt on the bottle then sip it at leisure.

REgular tabasco is the only hotsauce i can't stand. It's WAY too watery and just tastes unpleasant. It's like they took a regular hotsauce and took all the butter out or whatever it is that gives them their flavor/texture.

Growing my own peppers is something that I'm working on, yet there's still something to be said about the fermentation flavour of homemade sriracha.
