I also think this is why CIG tries to cast the big refund stories as more Derek FUD spreading while basically ignoring the daily CIG-hosed-up-again narrative- people have already excused anything stupid they could possibly do, but the only way to shield from real bad news is to make it look like it's coming from "The Enemy" who, as we all know, is always wrong about everything but also ten times more cunning than CIG and constantly plotting their downfall.
