Making a faction out of another color of humans in any fantasy setting, combined with GW's method of making armies out of outlandish stereotypes, sounds like a very hard thing to pull off without veering into cringe territory. imo it is entirely possible to make a cool fantasy chinese/indian/arabic faction, but the existing stuff for those GW factions is... not a good start
