Good soup! posted:nah dude, I know, the actual story is amazing and I've been reading this poo poo for years, but I was just sitting last night and thinking about it and looked up a few clips and nope, not even being hosed up can save the animation in that show, they should have just gotten the Pokemon studio to make it like they did in the 90s we are off the boat. season 1 suffers from japanese anime standards. if they are giving a show a try they give them a smaller budget than they would if they figure its gonna go gangbusters. so they blew the animation budget for season 1 in the first few fight scenes. season 2 has good animation throughout. (they stopped using the extra shading lines and poo poo like that)

(they stopped using the extra shading lines and poo poo like that) haha disagreed 100 percent, season 2 had a decent episode with the Qliphoth part and killing Slan's mortal form but the entire Grunbeld/Guts and Skull Knight/Zodd fight was absolutely horrendous, the real problem was apparently (1) the original models they had were too detailed to be rendered properly on the machines they using and (2) the director waited until the absolute last minute to decide on a final art style which is why the teaser we got before the first season looks a million times better than what we actually got (and closer to what Studio 4C did with the movies by focusing on well-drawn faces with CGI bodies) the dude should never be allowed near another TV production again IMO also, holy gently caress those Toei-approved dubs of the Fist of the North Star compilation movies, lmaoooo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmuiXMtiAac

I got super stoned with my neighbor like a half hour ago. The guy for some reason, out of the blue (we have been hanging out for years), drops some extremely heavy poo poo. I seriously almost cried. I gave him a hug and told him that if he ever needs a ten minute time out from the world he can just call, come over, and smoke. I have no idea why his story moved me so much and it's not like he was asking me for anything but I guess he just really needed to talk some poo poo out and decided I was gonna be the one to hear it. I'm kind of honored in a way. Namaste, weed buddies.

Lemme just take that premise and grab this lil' squirt of Michael's Secret Stuff and *splort* now it's my favorite disco movie, Disco Godfather https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnnCSdXnYZE I end up watching this movie at least once a year, it's just amazing. It starts a little slow but totally fun, and gets campier and wilder as it goes, culminating in a glorious ten minutes of total insanity. The entire thing is on YouTube and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Get extremely high and watch it with someone you love

So underemployed goons, consider doing weed delivery if you can nab it legally or legal-ishly. Make people happy, make mad cash stacks. Beats doing one of those food delivery ones for minimum wage-ish.
