I think you mean felonies. I got into canada in 2005 with my misdemeanor, had more trouble with all the uniforms in my car than my misdemeanor. But the border rules have changed since then a bit.

Well for example australia doesn't have "felonies". A conviction is a conviction. Our nice police don't even handcuff you while driving to the station. If you're going to the court for something and found guilty, it's a conviction even if everyone was nice and no time in jail.

Did the Deloitte breach come up in this thread? Massive data breach compromised one of the big 4 audit/accounting firms, may be related to SEC hack. Financial sector to be hosed for foreseeable future. E; administrative account was the source, lackadaisical password standards, no multi factor authentication. Major Blue Chip entities entire financial holdings and operations completely exposed. Immanentized fucked around with this message at 19:30 on Sep 25, 2017 |

Newspapers gotta generate them clicks you know?

nfl kneeling conspiracy theory: are the owners encouraging this behavior, and also encouraging coverage by major news outlets, to deflect from any mention of CTE? maybe this buys them a year or two to come up with the next huge outrage to deflect from how playing football makes you have a swiss cheese brain. im also moderately upset that trump made nfl football worse because the sports media can't stop breathlessly covering who is or is not kneeling.

So I don't follow football at all but I have some vague memory of maybe 10 years ago that football players didn't give a poo poo about the anthem and we're doing warm ups and drills and poo poo while it played. Or am I just imagining that?

I thought people were 100% confident the CBO score would only mention cost savings and nothing about how many would lose coverage? Guess it was just the usual regurgitated twitter rumors flying around D&D, though it's not like anyone needed to see that score to know that a lot of people would lose with this bill.
