does anyone else find it weird republicans dont seem to be able to produce plausible legislation? I understand that this election probably caught them off guard and many, especially in the house, were elected because of the scary black man, but you'd think out of a group of hundreds of politicians there would be SOME real policy, however lovely like, literally no one in the country can come up with a plan for them
