Yeah anyone complaining about it being just "a NES port" are really dumb and need to see the actual graphical differences. It's the first time these arcade perfect versions have ever been available and it's a really big deal. I'm probably going to get every one of these. Except VS Urban Champion. gently caress that game.

I had a look in the eshop and sure enough, Hamster is the publisher of Mario Brothers. They're the same guys that have done all the Neo Geo ports. They also have an assload of arcade games on PS4. It seems Nintendo has nothing to do with the NES arcade games beyond licensing them out.

Mario Bros. Arcade is a fantastic game.  Really for people that want to see how far they can get before they run to a mix of enemies and ice that finally conquers them. Edit: In fact, we need more co-op arcade games. Hamster should see if they can port Taito games from Square Enix. have you guys not bought a single one of the ACA neogeo games yet? they all have those options. they have online hi-score tracking and you can play the american and japanese versions of each and do poo poo like have an online ranking for a 1 credit run of the game or someshit. they are good and i cant wait for ACA VS super mario bros in which i will be #1 on the ranking boards baby.

Watching this Golf Story video kind of bored me. I was also hoping Picross would be Picross 3D. Luckily I can save money by not buying those. I don't really want to buy third party games that already came out on steam last year. I want to buy some drat Nintendo games. The NES emulator clearly works, if they have Golf on every Switch, so where's the rest?
