You guys are completely correct, it's an ancient PBX/voicemail thing from Inter-tel. It runs OS/2 Warp and as it continues to work, they aren't interested in upgrading. The HDD->SSD upgrade actually failed because the ancient BIOS didn't like that the IDE adaptor on the SSD didn't have a jumper setting. I managed to find an unopened 300GB PATA drive and cloned to that, which is working great. Amusingly the machine is only using like 2GB.
