I think it's generally accepted nowadays that it was more than just a safety violation that kept Bilzarian out of the SEALs. They decided he was an idiot who was only out for himself and decided to get rid of him. He was bad enough that guys who later ran around scalping corpses made it through, but not him. BTW all this money that he claims to have was inherited from his white collar crook dad, and from endorsing stupid luxury products. Got a free Google Home alexalike thing with my pixel phone (which owns btw) and gave it to my gf immediately. Never even took it out of the box. Turned off the "ok google" on my phone too. poo poo creeps me out. I know you can't totally avoid the brave new world, but I'm doing what I can.

This sort of patchwork "oh poo poo the auditors are coming" actively hurts the entire organizational structure in ways that go beyond efficiency. This is how you end up getting breached in the long run, with drip and drab fixes and not doing the proper thing in the first loving place. I expect a full-on executive branch email and records breach in the next 5 years. Including archives.
