Fun Puerto Rico fact: the model I made for one of my clients to analyze their projected loss exposure had to exclude PR from the analysis because its losses were already so high they broke everything.

I had to pay 200 per upgrade so I never did because my phone always worked fine. Nowadays I need to bring an external battery just to keep it going during the day and I've been getting sim card errors over the last few months. One day I will make enough money to upgrade whenever I drat want.

When I hit the 10 year mark as a Sprint customer they gave me the preferred customer thing where I could get a massive discount on a new phone every year instead of every two years Right when that year came up, they got rid of it. gently caress you Sprint (I'm still on SERO though so I stayed)
