real bout come out 3 years later and is better + more characters imo. they're both good tho and not bad like matrimelee

the worst part about matrimelee is that whenever you fill up a bar your character just does a burst even if its during your own combo and it resets matches constantly.

Ooh, I'll have to give that a shot. I didn't spend much time on the later ones, but I played the hell out of Samurai Shodown 1 and 2 (I still sucked at 2, was tolerable in 1)

This one has a bunch of crazy meter mechanics but I don't think they're mandatory to know about if your fundamentals are solid.

Hope fightcade2 accepts 2016 accounts before the tourney or everyone still has the original fightcade installed. Took them like 4 days to let 2015 accounts into the beta. Those interested in fightcade 2 click here. You will have to get some different roms and bios. Vidya if anyone needs it. I know, it's a long video but YT has speed options and you can skim to the parts you need.
