I was pointing out a possible date error in the stdh. I really don't give a poo poo how you write dates or how you think the normal way should be. The point is it didn't happen. Even if it did happen it's very unremarkable because it's just kids mimicing popular movie scenes.

There's also the possibility of her getting with the black guy which is being ignored. Calling it "racist" is a bit of a stretch, but I do think the fact that the fandom has far more art/fiction/etc. of the whiny villain (who is white) than one of the three main heroes (who is black) says something.

I think my earliest stdh is when my grampa told me and my brother that in WWII, he and his buddies cornered Hitler and filled the bastard full of lead. I only found out later on that he was a radio operator in the Canadian Navy and probably wouldn't have been within a hundred miles of Adolph at any given time.
