They think problems like negative externalities or discrimination can be solved by people not buying a company's product. If this sounds naively utopian and havewave-y for someone not worth billions to actually want, that is anarcho-capitalism for you. Ancaps in my experience believe that if they stick with a profitable field then they will eventually be on top and those below them weren't as good. The anarcho part comes from thinking that things well be better without a government despite their still being a class and business hierarchy. Some believe that basic economic interactions like the exchange of goods and services between two parties is capitalism so they also have gaps in their understanding of economics. They take a D&D rules lawyer approach to economics and politics in that if you follow this "logical" process, that doesn't question the assumptions or reality, then you will inevitably arrive at what they believe.
