Are any of those particularly good deals? I'm looking at Shovel Knight, and I can't remember that ever getting cheap on any particular platform, so I'm thinking about pulling the trigger.

I’m sure it eventually go for even cheaper but that’s a great price for a great game.

Snake Pass is apparently good, but short. People said that once the controls clicked with them, they really enjoyed it (others struggled with the controls though so ymmv). People have said good things about Phantom Trigger also.

I 100%'d Snake Pass, it's a very fun game with cool music, unique gameplay and some surprisingly tough challenges. The controls take a while to get used to because I don't think there's another game that controls like this, but they really work well once you get a grip on them. They added a timetrial mode in the last update, as a speedgame there is a ton of variables and I can see a lot of replay value if that's your kinda thing too

SeANMcBAY posted:I used to be obsessed with it as a kid and played in tournaments. Yeah it's basically Monopoly but with a lot more options. You don't need to have a monopoly established in a district to expand properties, owning more properties in a district allows you to expand them even further, and the stock market allows for insane plays.

Most people hate Monopoly because they always play with family members who are notorious for completely shutting down any trades which basically turns the game into a "just keep rolling the dice until this poo poo is over with" situation
