There was a lot of hysteria from the usual Trump-sphere a lot last week. Its why I'm so convinced that they knew these charges were coming and were all freaking out and trying to drum up this Hillary stuff as a cover. It was kind of working for like 12 hours and the news of the charges broke and then everyone outside the RWM was all "Hillary who?" Folks like Hannity and Stone seem to have melted down over that.

I have a hard time believing that's the first time the Judge has said "lock her up." Although she couldn't even lock up Robert Durst, so you never know.

My brain keeps trying to meld Roger Stone and Jeffery Lord into the same person. I know they're not, but I can't help it. They both have the same distorted elderly white guy head, they both say the same insane poo poo, they both act as selfless grenade catchers for Trump, and they both have that same kind of "third-string Clive Cussler character" name. ...They aren't the same person, right?

This makes a lot of sense. The timeline: 1. The lawyer for our indictee gets notice that their client is going to be arrested on Monday. 2. He calls up Donald Trump 3. Donald Trump decides to start firing people, so he calls up Boente and says he needs to find an appointee for the position. Boente thinks this is weird, but says "okay", and then tells Rosenstein. 4. Rosenstein knows what that conversation happens, and quickly leaks the indictment, which he knows about. I mean, it doesn't make that much sense, but it makes the most sense. Also, crossposting this to Russia thread.

He buys people off when he's in deep poo poo and shreds them when he does win. This is why he always brags he's not a criminal or a sexual predator or a rapist or any of the other poo poo he's accused of being. The only way the FBI is getting involved is if he's committed a federal crime or personally murdered someone. Unfortunately now that he's pres, the ruling party is busy sucking his dick than holding him responsible.

Fox determinedly burying their head in the sand and shouting about how Clinton is about to be indicted and Mueller being about to resign tells you how little they've learned. I remember reading about how right after Obama's reelection, their viewership plummeted for a long time. They'd been building the narrative that Obama was about to lose and was terrible and everyone hates him and he sniffs his own butt, etc. They had their viewership convinced that Romney was going to cruise to a win. Then Obama wins because, guess what, he was pretty popular and a very smart politician. And that media bubble snapping cost Fox a huge amount of credibility. And this is sort of the same deal. I mean, you can bullshit as much as you want about what will happen. But lying about what is currently happening right now is a fuckload harder.
