Since this thread so often discusses the less than savory practices of the game industry, some good news: Ninja Theory donated all their proceeds from Hellblade on World Mental Health Day to charity, which ended up totaling a little over 60,000 GBP.

All gender roles will be subverted once we kill every last man on Earth, which is what I hope we'll get to do in Horizon Zero Dawn 2.

That is why Kirby is the best series.

You will never see a person go into a destructive rage over a Kirby game.

Unless they choke during the last part of the last boss during an Arena run.

I hear this opinion often but I was so turned off by the mountain stage in Ecclesia that I never bothered to get farther. It was a series of inclines that used the exact same map layout, just a terrible case of reusing assets. The game could have become amazing after that but I moved on.

Debra Wilson's got a point. Never thought there'd be sudden resistance to a Nazi killing game. I think it's funny that after a shitload of Nazi killing ww2 games since the 90's and people are suddenly coming out of the woodwork and being butt hurt about it. Hopefully the same poo poo doesn't happen when the next call of duty comes out

People are instead mad that they applied their usual race and gender randomization to multiplayer, rather than the fact that you can shoot nazis.

People are upset that there is a woman sniper for the Russians, and the justification was HISTORICAL INACCURACY... except Russia actually did deploy women so the people just had to admit they don't wanna play as a lady

The game you're looking for is Castle of the Wind, Return Fire, or The Secret Island of Dr. Quandary.
