They had some system a couple years ago which they introduced penalties for even disparaging NASCAR or other drivers, but I'm guessing that either a) isn't used anymore or b) doesn't apply here because it turned into a water cooler race. It was basically the same thing as 11.3.8 or whatever the rule was in IndyCar, which itself was a Brian France creation.
