Mr Water is a man who was leaving notes for his culligan home delivery written in crayon and addressed to "Mr Water."

It was also known as "tardwater"/"watertard"

I haven't seen the pics in over a decade, but everything I remember about it doesn't seem very funny now

It was more the drawings that were the funny part. The point was he was leaving the Culligan man notes from an adoring fan who might be a child, might be a developmentally challenged person.

The Mr Water smiley is how he would draw himself looking out the window, excited the Culligan man, Mr Water, was there. He made the dude Christmas cards, and like a crude attempt at pornography that had a mermaid in it cause the water man must love water things right?

I've actually got followup to that story.

I used to study in 3D computer animation at the school she was an associate teacher at. Basically, the program she graduated in needed to show they actually have candidates that got employed afterwards so they hired her as a teacher to game the stats.

Another teacher I knew worked with her so I asked him about her and he mentioned that she just disappeared one day. the date coincided with when the poo poo hit the fan on the forums for her.

Cégep Limoilou, it's somewhat like college in French Canada.

The program she was in was an AEC that would take you in two years from know nothing to ''slightly know a little''.

I was something called a DEC which lasts three years and was lucky enough to know I should prioritize in Games instead of generalist stuff. I work at Ubisoft now so it's all good and for a fraction of what Fullsail costs. (Don't go to Fullsail or other expensive art schools, they are complete scams.)

I'm sorry I don't have any extra details on what happened but it's weird that even after all this time she's still hidden away.

Double freude points for this same thing happening maybe four years ago. Same food, same effect, same possible result.

That doesn't prove that they are being pulled over more than anyone else because they are minorities.

It's heartless to point out, but maybe certain groups get pulled over more because they do more things that warrant being pulled over? I realize this will be misconstrued into a racist "ALL MEXICANS ARR CRIMINALS" thought.

As Blunt Force Trauma pointed out, an anti-police mindset is understandable if you grew up in an area/environment where criminal acts were so common that the police tended to exist in opposition to you or your friends. Understandable, but not condonable, and not the sort of mindset that I'm going to willingly take at face value.

Incredible accusations demand incredible evidence, lest they be equal to the value of a recent burp of mine.
