I knew at the time that the loot on the starting island was nerfed, but I just wanted to do it once and only once just to see and we had a flight path that took us to that corner of the main island anyway. We only managed to get there because there was a boat, but we found a few pistols and shotguns. It was just something funny to do and we spent too long on the little island that we got hosed by the blue circle. It was funny, but I would never try to go there again.

The fact that everyone didn't rip apart whomever upon the first utterance means you couldn't have been playing with goons.

I was playing this game a few days ago and a guy came around the corner in the final 10 and immediately put all three of his M16 burst shots through my level 3 helmet so I think I'll take a bit of a break!
