So I've been lurking in the irc channel for at least the last year or so, and some months ago someone posted a few pages from Komi-san wa Komyusho desu which I bookmarked. I ended up reading all the available chapters this weekend, definitely a good read for Jitsu wa Watashi wa fans. Although I suppose it actually has more in common with Angel Densetsu than it does with Jitsu wa... So thanks whoever posted those.

The chapters that stood out the most for me that happened earlier in the manga. 1) Introduction of the Principal 2) The first Ice-creamine incident 3) Meeting Youko's dad 4) Magical Girl Akalyn(sp?) 5) The Maid Cafe, which is STILL the greatest chapter in any manga I have ever read in my life. And has THE BEST reaction faces. But since new characters get introduced for a good while, skipping chapters can easily lead to quite a few 'who the hell is this???' moments. E: Now that I look for it, I can't find it. Where was the chapter that Magical Girl Akalyn debuted? AKA the chapter where Akari finds out she's missing her computer and all that, and we find about about the magical girl at the very end khy fucked around with this message at 00:01 on Nov 7, 2017 |

Hell, if anything the main characters getting together at the halfway point instead of one chapter before the end is already a radical departure from the mold of this sort of story

I feel like romcoms where the couple get together earlier than the end are becoming more common, which is nice. Lovely complex, mms, koi inu, horimiya, etc are all good and fun and have that happen.
