i admit i've only watched like 2 non-blues games this year but I'm pretty sure Pietrangelo has been the best defenseman in the league

IMO Drouin should let some more excess icy hot cream out in between periods.

I don't think Pietrangelo is better offensively than Karlsson, but I would need to some charts that show he is not significantly better in his own zone.

Pietrangelo has looked really, really, really good this year. If he keeps it up, definitely arguable for Norris candidate. I didn’t see enough games last year to tell you how big of a difference.

I still don't get the point of them. Like... I'm still considering going to see the Caps in Annapolis, but everything I've heard is that actually going to the games kind of sucks from a "watching a game" perspective. And also the cold.

It's a god drat shame that the Lightning haven't been in an outdoor game. They have 3 of the best players in the world and are generally fun as poo poo to watch from year to year.

I'm thinking about going to that one too. March in the DC area could either be 10 degrees or 60 though, so we'll see how it turns out. Also I'm pretty sure it will be a huge pain in the rear end to get there and the seats I'll be able to get will suck

NHL outdoor games would be much cooler if there weren’t so many of them. The reason they did well at first was new concept + scarcity. If that’s gone, then what’s the point? It should just be the winter classic on January 1st when a lot of people have off and would watch the game in person or on TV. Also, it would be good hangover TV.
