Like its so normalized weirdly enough, that some people don't see the conditioned thinking to consider that as a faucet of "That's just politics, people are supposed to make compromises, shucks!" that some people don't see fundamentally how glaringly wrong that is, it's like a political capital bubble, and it collapses if you don't own up and pay the compromise debt eventually and nothing meaningful gets done and yer just entrenched in infighting trying to figure out how to compromise again on the same broken system of blowing up another political capital bubble.
