you're never gonna get rich usually the way to value it is at $0 but you could just value it at strike price, given the derisking from it being profitable and poo poo exercise if you feel like it, but don't think you're gonna get rich don't go into startupland for the money, go into it for technical interest and interesting loving weirdo people
