Of course the designs are going to be a bit busier than what we're used to. The art of Hiveswap is of a much different style than Homestuck, and there's 36 of them that need to be visually distinct from each other in ways more meaningful than which of the twelve zodiac signs they are. And I think Zebede is cute.
