Why would 3.0 coming out be the end of criticism for Star Citizen exactly? Have the goal posts been moved so far back that updating the game in any way is seen as a complete victory or do they think 3.0 is going to deliver on the dream? "gently caress you doctor! They just want to refer to him without actually saying his name because he is the Star Citizen Voldemort. "Skippy" is just the "S" word that some backers think of. The thing that really got me from the new leaked video isn't how broken everything is or how looking at anyplace where there are polygons absolutely tanks performance but those loving emotes. I know that there are immersion animations, but I was unaware that the game took control over the player camera when emoting. That actually made me a little motion sick just from watching the video. If it was VR I would be puking everywhere always. What a bad idea.
