The no sleeping in your bed rule is a pretty good challenge in that it changes the way you think about stuff. Since you lose 10% of your cash every day (up to 1000) it makes you want to stockpile items and only sell them when you need to buy something. And you are basically working with 50% energy all the time so getting a food source is much more important

Lol yeah, when I had my wisdom teeth out I in 2005 I put 85 hours in SMT3 on painkillers and it became my favorite game of all time. Good times
