What kind of stories can you even still tell after two decades of daily updates?

How is it possible to draw something for this long without actually improving in any way as an artist

It's part for the course with comics. Someone is still drawing new Popeye strips after a literal loving century and it never changes.

Okay... Keep your head, Steve boy...

Blondie has been in newspapers so long she had rule 34 of her during World War II and you guys are wondering how a webcomic can go on for ten years

As a bonus your grandpa's Blondie porn was funnier than the actual strip ever was

I remember reading Sluggy way back in 2004 or so. That's amazing.

Phaiston have long avoided the tightly competetive defence sector, but the IRDA Act 2052 has given us the freedom we need to bring out something really special.

Schlock Mercenary's art has definitely improved over the time it's been drawn, if only because it would be hard for it to have gotten worse.

It's still almost hatefully bland and the difference between the first comic and the first three panels of the second is he coloured the background

It's trash and I hate it but it's still a better webcomic than QC

I will not shut up about the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I talk about them all the time and work them into every conversation I have. I built a shrine in my room for the yellow one who died because sadly no one noticed because she died around 9/11. Wanna see it?

Last time I paid attention to Sluggy in about 2005 it seemed to be following an impenetrable template:

"WALL OF TEXT WALL OF TEXT AYLEE SOMETHING SOMETHING AYLEE WALL OF TEXT"
"INCOMPREHENSIBLE ALLUSIONS TO VAGUE PLANS AND PLOT POINTS I MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE EVER KNOWN ABOUT"
"TORG AND RIFF ARE SOMEWHERE ELSE TORG AND RIFF BLAH BLAH"

*looks at it today* Well I'll be

I like Whomp but sometimes it feels like it's a reverse Dinosaur Comics, same joke with different drawings.

It still has some pretty good hits once in a while tho
