Imagine how much more sad and lonely we would be if not for the hard work of lowtax. Here's $12.95 to his aid.
Lately it feels like some minipatch has messed things around, slight damage to my BV238 and it's like the FM was reduced to a four-bit model with no interpolation as the best way to describe it.

Still great to bring into T4-T5 RBGF and nail enemy air with.

Any thoughts on the French Yak-9T? I want a good grinding plane that isn't the Narwhal.

I've mostly been doing Air RB ground pounding and I've never flown any Russian planes, so it would be a big change for me.

The Chi-Nu II is really fun and definitely worth getting for that. Even if you don't do much else with the tree, that tank combines a super good gun on a small agile hull that can hide anywhere, it's great in any mode. The early tanks are bad but some of them are endearing, and by tier III things are actually good. Tier IV is hit and miss, you have to really like hit-and-run skirmishing to enjoy the Type 61 and ST-A2, but the Type 60 SPRG is never a bad pick. You'll never get tired of poo poo like go-karting around a corner, parking in front of two IS-6 that are stuck reloading, and deleting them both in the span of a couple seconds before scooting back to safety.

Hit and run sounds like my ideal play style. Most of my deaths come from staying in one place too long. (The rest come from not paying attention to my surroundings.)

I love tiny tanks with big guns, give me all of them. I'm thinking of going up America just to get the M56 and the Ontos.

players in this game cannot resist correcting misinformation no matter how retarded it is

the next time someone tells you they're japanese then ask them to explain why its clearly labeled Chi which is short for :china:

you can even go so far as to say that they're called that because they were allies in the war and lent them tanks to use because toyota was too busy making airplanes like the Zero

they'll spend the rest of the game manually retyping wikipedia articles into chat instead of moving their vehicle to an advantageous position

e: just dont get chat banned for 30 years or you'll have to reroll

It's not from a game, it's from a patent Activision filed. What they patented is matchmaking that puts you in games with people that have items you don't have. Essentially making matches you get into be a storefront, dangling items in front of you so you go buy them afterwards.

Don't forget the "put the player who bought the item in an advantageous position to make the purchase feel justified and thus encourage future purchases" part.

they just released 3 pre order packs for french ground vehicles, and they all look cool. You’ve got the legendary char b1, a Sherman with an oscillating turret and 12 round auto loader and an AMX with atgms.

IIRC they only had HE shells for the 75mm gun historically. You'll be relying on the 47mm to kill anything other than potato trucks.

poo poo, I want all of those tanks. An uparmored Char b1 is pretty cool, as is the autoloader Sherman. That being said, I am all about that AMX13 with ATGM rack. That was one of my favorite tanks in Wargame.

Edit: BTW, the Char b1ter variant actually has 5 degrees of lateral traverse on the hull mounted gun.

There was absolutely an APHE round for it. Pen is not going to be great, since it's pretty low velocity (but if I'm remembering my WWIIOL days correctly, it's still better than the early StuG/PzIV 75, though.)

You might be joking but these games benefit from cultivating a creeping despair. Just enough that the player thinks they're enjoying themselves but never letting them relax enough that they never think about using micro transactions. Then you hit them with a line of terrible planes/tanks and the despair hits hard and they buy a premium vehicle to grind through.

Despair has made me a T114 user comfortably into the range of positive KDR especially with IS6 and IS3 corrections. If they make a christmas sale and it's included I'm going to recommend it to those who like to be sneaky stealthy snipy bastards, even on Fulda against 7.7 spam.

- Cons
Two crew so if you lose one you're out, 19mm and up can kill you from the flanks and to the front or turret it's 38mm minimum that can do you in, the .50cal M80 MG only has tracer belts, 22' max inclination, players with too high IQ to make a TSA gig will do you in if you become their target, Kursk is the worst.

- Pros
Tiny profile just larger than an M22, easily blending in by clever use of freely attained camo foilage and decals, ambiphibic, 381mm maxpen HEAT so if you can hit it you can kill it, the MG is calibrated and helps for ranging, very satisfying and rewarding say when you take a Maus out from the front a good distance away.
