Wow. She actually refunded AND showed a fighting knowledge of her consumer rights. I'm genuinely impressed. Of course that doesn't make her earlier behaviour any less reprehensible. Right now, theAgent has been calling with pretty good consistency. Derek is occasionally right but that's because he is blasting that CIG is a dumpster fire pretty much constantly, and since the general trend is bad he scores a few hits that way. Citizens are consistently and hilariously wrong.
