It's also extremely walkable - as in, there are a lot of ways to get around the city that's basically walking in areas which are actually worth taking a walk in, even if you're not going anywhere. In conclusion, getting bombed to pieces and then having a wall built right down the middle of your city is actually a great way to make it livable, so the Brexit team might be on to something.

Airbnb has been banned forever, but you are still allowed to rent out a room in a house for a certain amount of time as long as you are also living there at the same time.

Minicabs exist and will continue to do so, and the only people who think the actual competition for Uber are black cabs or buses and trains are PR people working for Uber who desperately have to pretend Uber are anything other than a minicab company with very, very expensive PR.
