Frankly I found it boring as Diablo-likes go. Not enough enemies on screen at a time and they're all horrible damage sponges. At least the three spell magic system seemed interesting and I bet it's way more fun in coop. That it also has an actual story that seems charming is also a plus. My advise would be to wait for Titan Quest since that's one of the best entries in the genre, despite its age.

The thing I learned from playing Tales of Symphonia a decade ago is if you play Anime games very infrequently, you get to be shocked/bemused/baffled by all the tropes instead of "here we go again". That game threw every cliche in the book at you and it was hilarious.

I just wish there was an updated game that stole from Dragon Quest 5, where you start as a little kid with your dad, you get married, have kids, and end up getting old. I remember in the middle of the game you get taken as a slave for years and it owned.

Kind of excited about what Donna Burke is working on. It would be one hell of a callback to bring her in to voice a character from F-Zero X, though I'm thinking this is going to be something Metal Gear related.

They released a Metal Gear vocal album after V came out where she recorded new versions of the songs she didn't originally sing (the original versions are there too.) She's really talented.

Donna Burke also did at least one song for DDR. I'm pretty sure she works/ed in some bigger position in Konami, because she accidentally leaked on Twitter that Kojima had been fired, because she thought that information was public knowledge. I guess we'll see!

As far as Nintendo franchises that might fit her style, maybe the upcoming Fire Emblem game? Fates' soundtrack revolved around a big dramatic vocal track, so I could see Burke being brought on for something like that.

Further reporting on the wii shield games seems to be that they are delivered via streaming and arent running on shield hardware, probably to avoid piracy Nintrndo likely licensed some games to nvidia in return for cheaper hardware rates for switch, the vc wait continues
