I didn't think Blast looked like Saitama with hair I just think he was supposed to look like a classic superhero mainly Superman. Repeating the joke of him either being weak or being Saitama would be super uninteresting and I'd be shocked if ONE did it. I guess Garou's gonna eat some monster cells because even if he was full HP I don't think he would have beaten my handsome old boys. Metal Bat is still the greatest.

So for Saitama, being a hero is a hobby. He just wants a good challenge that makes him feel again. What if there was a hero that Saitama noticed was similar in strength and could actually challenge him, but it was a hero so he couldn't seriously fight them?
