Chinese Essay - Psychology Should companies use psychological profiles to decide who to employ? Nowadays psychology is applied in the everyday life more and more。For example, the one who have done something bad will feel agitation and it can help police to find out the right criminal。Teachers can use some psychology laws to improve their practice of teaching or design the test paper more suitable。The staff member of markets utilize the knowledge of consume and the advertisement psychology to design the show window again and display the goods. It can attract more customers. Now giving a discount in the shopping mall is a practical instance。Another example, organization and management psychology can be used by managers to encourage the staff and so on。The examples are too numerous to count。 Should companies use psychological profiles to decide who can be employed to the end? I think it absolutely can。 Psychology can promote the relationship between each other。Psychology isn’t like what someone think。It is not a method which you can understand whatever people think in their mind, but it can help you to know the psychology of the other side approximately。If someone is employed it is also help to the communication in the future work。 Then how to know the psychology of the other side? From the angle that is used in the psychology, some basic research can be used in everyday life。For instance the psychology has concluded such a regular pattern。It is said that the farther from the brain, the easier it can react out the true idea of people。Say concretely it means the more close to the brain, the easier to be controlled by the brain。It is the reason that sometimes people say“behave wearing masks“。A smile can express many meanings because no matter how our psychology state is,we all can control our facial expressions easily。 Psychology also can find out one‘s character。If someone has abundant social experience,he can also know something。But when you know something psychological, you can understand one‘s character more professionally。For example, when taking lift someone press a lift of buttons rapidly and continuously, then it can make people rudimentarily know the one is now in a irritable psychology state。But can we decided the one is impetuous? No,we can‘t temporarily。We still need to examine in other period。 Chinese and foreign famous enterprises are all the enterprises which are in the very latest in the world。Their success depends on the staff‘s fine quality and condition to a great extent。And psychology connected to the self-quality considerably。 Generally speaking, from the angle of final relationship, using psychological profiles to decide who can be employed is available entirely and it is also necessary. Nowadays many foreign enterprises are choosing more outstanding members in this way but in Chinese seldom companies do as that。We should propose all our Chinese companies whatever large or small to adopt this method,it will really help I think。

The Chinese period is a nice touch, but if a Chinese speaker has written it, there'd be an unnecessary space before every punctuation mark. Commas , would also be added , at total random 。

Chinese exchange student stories part n+1. To recap I'm doing my MSc in a Finnish university, and my program has a lot of Chinese students in it. For the most part, they are loving terrible and would be out of their depth at a high school, let alone post graduate studies at a university. Luckily my studies are almost done as I'm finishing up my thesis, but as part of that process we have to do a thesis seminar. And part of that course is peer reviewing other students' work. For whatever reason, the hot topic for Chinese students this year is natural language processing, as almost all of them are doing their thesis in some application of that. It's a very complicated topic and creating any kind of natural language processing algorithms is hard work and requires some fairly serious coding chops, which these people naturally don't have, so their thesis work has been loving embarrassing so far. One girl wants to do an algorithm which will trawl through thousands of reviews and create a summary of any given product for you. She doesn't know how to code, wants to have her thesis done by the end of December and doesn't have an algorithm of any kind, but that's not a problem because "she can just google for one". Anyway summarizing reviews is easy because all reviews follow the format "noun is adjective", according to her. This obviously and immediately isn't true but let's not let that stop us. Anyway, I was supposed to peer review her progress report tomorrow. The reports were supposed to be uploaded to our systems at least a week before their presentation deadline (ie. last Wednesday) so the reviewers could actually read them and give meaningful feedback. She submitted hers without any comment late yesterday. This is 100% normal with Chinese exchange students, they don't give a gently caress about deadlines and expect the world to just adapt and deal with their bullshit. Her report was comically bad sub high school level bullshit. It was SUPPOSED to include a detailed literature review and a detailed thesis statement (with research questions and explanations for why they were chosen) but instead what it contained were 15 pages of random chapter titles for empty chapters, chapters which just contain single obviously copy pasted sentences out of like "see Chapter 6 for a more detailed explanation of Naive Bayesian Networks" (the report doesn't have chapters), random sentences from Wikipedia articles about the subject, incomprehensible poo poo like "some of these algorithms can be quite the powerful and suitable" and screen caps of AppStore game reviews. I am legitimately upset and a bit offended by this. What the gently caress are people like these doing at a post graduate program at a major university? The fact that we're expected to peer review -- to imply that these people are academically our peers with their loving elementary school level "I pasted the wikipedia definition of this subject as my thesis" skills -- and give meaningful feedback for a report that is only fit to be used as toilet paper is honestly insulting. I'm so loving sick of this poo poo and it's honestly cheapening the whole program to see idiots like this graduate from it.

Some background. So I was seeing this woman for a while a few months, nothing too serious. She seemed to want something more serious, but I made it clear that it wasn't really what I wanted and we stopped seeing each other. We got in touch again and she offered we go to a high end restaurant, which I didn't really want to, but she insisted because she "had coupons". Not really inconceivable, she is pretty resourceful. After dessert she had to take a call, leaving me with the (quite hefty) bill, but not after sending a nasty wechat text and deleting me. Now, my first though was to just leave it because she is apparently pretty bitter already and I don't really want to deal with this poo poo. Buuut, I do have her name and home address so is there anything I can do? What's the legality of this?

I wrote to the professor who oversees the program I'm in and said that if they wanted, I could peer review this report, but that I couldn't give any meaningful feedback because I felt the work was embarrassingly bad and had no place in a master's thesis seminar. They agreed, but of course the official line was that the student "didn't have enough time to prepare" and the presentation has now been rescheduled down the road. So same poo poo here.

My favorite moment was when I found 90% of a paper I'd written a year or two before included wholesale right in the middle of an Indian dude's thesis, which was just a compilation of half a dozen papers to reach the requisite number of pages.

I didn't do this very well and I barely knew her parents (had met them once) when we got married. I got fairly lucky in that her parents are only like 20% as bad as you'd expect from rural mainlanders, but even that 20% is pretty brutal most of the time.
