But that will take actual organizing within the party structure. It will involve doing stuff like what the NAACP did for this special election: calling every lapsed voter in the state of Alabama. It will involve massive GOTV drives. It will not involve declaring that the party must listen to you or you'll have nothing to do with it. Learn from how the Tea Party perfectly timed their takeover of the GOP with a Republican wave election. Learn from the DSA guy who won in Virginia. Or just let the hated centrists continue to do their thing. I've seen a lot of this "appease me or you'll lose" attitude around, and it's not just annoying. It's abysmal tactics.
