I turned back to the projection. With heavy steps, I headed toward K, Dio, and Tenmyouji. Please direct your attention to the results screen. Points have been assigned or subtracted accordingly. Because unless Sigma has been given explicit permission to reach 9 points by Phi, the game decides that reaching 9 points means that Sigma is a ruthless jackass who tries to make a break for it immediately.

To be a little fair, running for the door is the only chance to escape he has. If he stands around there's no way they're not gonna try and tie him up at the very least. And if he doesn't care about the door, why would he suddenly betray to get ahead of everyone else? (My hand is weird isnt a very good excuse.)

In fact, his hand being weird only really damns him more in everyone else's eyes. Sigma just wrote and cashed himself a check to incapacitation at the very least unless he escapes.

After choking me, they'd made sure I wasn't getting up in the near future. That meant I could have been asleep for a long time... I glanced around the room. It was empty, except for me. It took me a moment to realize what was especially odd about that... Even Quark and Alice had disappeared. What the hell's going on...? That was when I noticed it. Quark and Alice weren't the only things that had disappeared. Two other things, two other very important things, were also gone. For a long moment I just stared, dumbstruck. What I was seeing couldn't possibly be real. But there it was, a smooth cross-section of my arm where a hand should have been. A thick, white liquid dripped slowly from the stump. Wha...what is this... Oh God oh God oh God oh God... [Music cuts out] A scream clawed its way out of my body, taking my mind with it. Then after that...nothing. What an efficient solution. Next time we'll actually do the poll result.

I think my favorite part about this bad ending isn't that they just knocked him out, but they also chopped off his hand to get his bracelet and proceeded to vote ally enough times together to leave without him. Turns out the best way to unite a whole group is to give them one enemy.

They needed his bracelet to get through the next set of Chromatic Doors, it doesn't mean that they've all escaped. Also this seems to suggest that Sigma can survive losing his hand without dying. So he'll probably have to ask someone to remove his hand in his -1 BP plot lock.

No, you have to notice on the story tree that the icon has changed. E: which, I suppose, could also mean yes, if you view it another way. The lock icon lights up when you can go past it, but nothing points to that to alert you.

I love how up till this point that anyone else who got 9 BP somehow managed to get out the door (including us when Phi and Dio also had 9 BP), but this is the one time where when it is one person being us, everyone else is suddenly competent and manage to keep us from getting out the door.

I was under the impression he jumped timelines, like when he finds Alice dead in his route. Though, the thing that baffles me is why they don't have Sigma restrained. Couldn't he just open the 9 door now that he doesn't have to worry about a bracelet at all?
