As for the art itself, a google search tells me that Doremy is a Touhou character, and I think the sheep body thing is at least a partial reference to Gaiking?  I don't get the sheep thing though. There's been a lot of Japanese christmas stuff made with sheep in the last few weeks and I don't really get the joke.
