If you want to sleep on that bench, you will, regardless of if there are armrests or not. I've seen homeless just wiggle their body under the bars and stretch out. Congrats, you wasted a bunch of money for nothing, cunts.

Why have Bitcoins been getting so much attention in the media in the last month or two, when I thought they'd been around for years?

I'm really confused by this. It looks like the victim starts attacking one of his rescuers?

Honestly looks like a misunderstanding and the "rescuers" are actually attackers.

Okay, I see the kicks from the blue shirt guy, but the one who takes down the blue shirt guy is the one punched by the man who was kicked, so I'm going with "punch/kick drunk and not sure who's he's fighting anymore."

What was that experiment in Scotland (?) where they gave heroin as in straight up heroin without any other gunk in it to addicted criminals? Might have helped them administer it too? Iirc crime went down as did mortality and other complications, and some people were even able to take on a job and start paying taxes once they were no longer forced to crime to get their powder for the day that may not be laundry detergent. Did I dream this? If not then that seems like a cheaper deal than spike boulder bridges. No? Am I crazy?
In my city they tried a novel experiment. "Well, if the problem with homeless people is not having homes, why don't we just give them one?" And they did, and it works great. Your average FYGM person will go bugshit over the fact that people are "getting something for nothing" but it turns out that even if you give someone an apartment and they completely trash it, it's still cheaper than that same person being arrested just a couple times a year so Captain Libertarian is actually paying less in taxes.

A place to call home and a job are the two things we as humans probably need the most.

It's even better because most homeless people who aren't suffering mental illness or substance issues actually do infact want to work, but can't get a job because most places refuse to employ people with no fixed address, which they in turn can't get because they have no money because they can't get a job, and so on.

Or you live in California and work two jobs and have to live in a tent city surrounded by mentally ill people because the cost of housing is so high.

Jesus, kid, you're almost a detective. All you need now is a gun, a gut, and three ex-wives.
It's the same when they complain about homeless people getting cell phones. You have to walk them through with baby steps about how nearly all job hunting now happens online. This can be a major hurdle with people that haven't had to look for a job in 20+ years, they're convinced that you just have to "pound the pavement" just like they did, going store to store dropping off resumes, and you're just a dumb entitled millennial if you insist that's just not how it works anymore. Then you have to explain how important it is that someone has a number for a potential employer to call them back at. Then you have to explain how important it is for someone to have a fixed address to have documents sent to and to fill out employment forms in general, many of which ask for a history of addresses.

At which point they'll have stopped listening and will just continue complaining about the person that was definitely real that was ahead of them in line at the grocery store that used their SNAP card to buy nothing but steaks and lobsters while talking on their brand new definitely just released iphone with their definitely genuine designer purse and manicure that definitely cost $300.

I like how the underlying position is 'I suffered, therefore everybody must suffer, even if I stand to gain as well.' I see this happen with some Boomers I know and it's amazing how focused they are on not saving people or making their own lives easier if it means all that 'work' they put in for basic human rights means that it's no longer an accomplishment.
